This is my student reel made at Media Design School in Auckland 2007, with a focus on character animation. The main character is Ommon - a vertically challenged alien.
Soundtrack is Sing, Sing, Sing - Benny Goodman.

Clark - Ted. Video by 1st Ave Machine. I saw these guys at Semi-Permanent at few months ago, they have done some pretty neat film + 3d blending.
My favourite character - Edna Mode from The Incredibles’ Head Maquette. I was so buzzed out to see the topology plan sketched on her face in pencil! From Pixar’s 20th Anniversary Exhibit in Taipei 2009.
Tezcatlipoca is a three minute short animation inspired by the music from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. In the tradition of Walt Disneys Fantasia, it combines the elements of classical music and imaginative animation to retell the Aztec myth of Tezcatlipoca, the deity who descends from heaven in the form of a jaguar.
